These General Terms and Conditions of Use regulates the access, navigation and use of the present website (hereinafter to be referred to as the “Platform” and/or “Clickatour”). Anyone and everyone who enters this Platform must accept all and everyone of terms and conditions listed on this Platform without exceptions or immediately leave this Website.
1. Who are we – general information
In accordance with the Spanish Legislation on Information-Society Services and e-commerce, article 10 of Law 34/2002, 11 July, this website has been made by:

2. Disclaimer
Yassus S.L. (called also “Clickatour”) with this Platform provides intermediary service between the visitors of this Platform and the Providers (Suppliers).
Furthermore, Yassus S.L. shall also provide its websites (www.clicatour.com, clicatour.com, provider.clicatour.com, doc.clicatour.com, blog.clicatour.com) as a booking Platform to certain cooperating partners (provider/reseller/distribution partner) for the booking of the Provider’s services. The use of this Platform by provider, reseller or distribution partner requires a separate agreement and is not permitted without the prior written authorization of Yassus S.L..
Contracts for the services are to be concluded directly between the users of this booking Platform and the Providers of the services. If a user book service via a linked partner Platform or if a reseller makes a booking on behalf of a user of a connected partner Platform, a corresponding contract shall be concluded directly between this user and the Provider. Yassus S.L. is not a contract party with regards to the services offered on this booking Platform.
3. Liability release
Yassus S.L. excludes its liability, and that of its agents and independent contractors, and its and their employees and officers, and its resellers or distribution partners for any damages relating to your access to (or inability to access) the Platform, or to any errors or omissions, or the results obtained from the use, of the Platform, whatever the legal basis of such liability would be. You accept that Yassus S.L. is only intermediary and is not responsible for any negligence, misinformation, changes or damages caused by the Provider or other parties before, during and after the execution of the booked services.
4. Disputes resolutions
